Claranet Portugal is seeking a Workplace Services Engineer L3 to join our Lisbon-based team. You will own base-image architecture, manage modern management migrations (SCCM to Intune), and drive automation with PowerShell to support deployment and remediation.

You must have 5-8 years of SCCM/Intune/AVD experience, ITIL v4, MD-102, CISA/CISSP, and fluency in English. This role emphasizes collaboration, incident management, and maintaining security baselines and governance.

• Own base-image architecture, packaging standards, GPO and security-baseline design; manage version-currency strategy (n-1 or latest) and platform capacity.
