Job summary

_natulim_ is seeking an International Retention Manager to drive email retention, lifecycle marketing and revenue across European markets. Based in Moscavide, PT, you will design and optimize automated flows, segment audiences by behavior, and partner with e-commerce and product teams to ensure a cohesive omnichannel experience.

The role requires 3+ years in Email Marketing for e-commerce, hands-on Klaviyo experience, and strong copywriting skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, focused on e-commerce / DTC.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Strong data-driven and revenue-focused mindset.
• Solid knowledge of DTC funnels, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention.
• Ability to work across multiple brands or accounts, ideally within an agency or brand group.
• Intermediate/advanced copywriting skills focused on conversion.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize email retention strategies.
• Manage the campaign calendar.
• Build and improve automated flows: welcome, post-purchase, repeat purchase, winback, churn prevention, cross-sell, and upsell.
• Segment audiences based on purchase behavior, engagement, lifecycle, and RFM.
• Analyze key metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue per Email, LTV, and Retention Rate.
• Run A/B tests on copy, subject lines, creatives, timing, and segmentation.
• Work closely with e-commerce, paid media, CX, and product teams to ensure a consistent omnichannel customer experience.
• Maintain list health, including deliverability, spam, opt-ins, and sunsetting.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on data and DTC benchmarks.
