CloserHire in Portugal offers a remote, full-time customer support role for Dutch-speaking professionals. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, assist with orders, deliveries and payments, and provide clear resolutions while collaborating with internal teams.

You will work a 40-hour week with paid training, meal allowance, and accommodation support if applicable, plus health insurance from day one in a fast-paced international environment with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with good English skills.
• Experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries about orders, deliveries, payments and returns.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions; escalate complex cases to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow processes.
