Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Support Specialist to join a dynamic, international team. You’ll handle inquiries via phone and email, assist with orders, returns, and payments, and serve as the liaison with external sellers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements include fluent Dutch and good English, prior customer service experience, strong problem-solving, and clear, empathetic communication.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will:

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Packages:

• €1,109,32 gross/month (with room allowance).
• €1,434.82gross/month (without room allowance).

Training Program

• €256.32 per 6 working days
• Comprehensive training delivered in English.

Relocation Support

We'll make your move to Portugal stress-free with:

Accommodation Details

• Stay in company-rented apartments for at least 14 months.

Work Schedule & Location

• Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 (8-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break).
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working Model: Remote within continental Portugal.

Training starts: 10/08, 7/09, 26/10
