Ignite is hiring a Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to represent a world-leading fintech brand from a home-based role in Portugal. You will handle secure digital transactions inquiries and assist with wallet features, ensuring top-tier service for Dutch-speaking merchants and account holders.

Work hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with full remote setup and company-provided hardware. Prior experience in fintech support is a plus, and residency in Portugal is required.

Formación

• Flawless Dutch (C1/C2) written and spoken.
• Solid professional English (B2).
• Residence in Portugal with valid work authorization, NIF and NISS.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming inquiries from Dutch clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Guide users through digital wallet features and security settings with clarity.
• Document interactions and case details accurately in CRM.
