Ignite is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support a premier fintech platform from a 100% remote setup within Portugal. You will handle secure transactions inquiries, account access issues, and dispute resolutions while delivering exceptional service to Dutch-speaking customers.

The role requires Dutch at C1/C2 and English at B2, valid local residency with NIF/NISS, and a reliable home internet connection.

Formación

• Dutch language at C1/C2 level and English at B2.
• Valid residency in Portugal with NIF and NISS.
• Stable home internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and resolve inbound inquiries from Dutch clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Help users navigate digital security steps and review transaction histories.
• Log and track all inquiries in our CRM and update case status.
• Collaborate with risk teams and back-office technical staff to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain a high standard of professional communication in line with a fintech brand.
