CloserHire is recruiting for a remote Support Specialist role based in Portugal to assist customers and sellers for a major e-commerce platform. You will handle phone and email inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records, contributing to a smooth customer experience.

The role offers a full-time contract with training, health insurance from day one, meal allowance, and 22 days of paid annual leave plus holidays in an international fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with good English skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and customer management systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Assist with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for external sellers, supporting their questions and needs.
• Provide information about digital products and platform services.
• Escalate and route more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal processes.
