CB Talents SP is hiring Remote Customer Support Representatives to assist Dutch-speaking clients from continental Portugal. This fully remote role requires based in continental Portugal, with a fixed Mon–Fri schedule between 06:00 and 19:00 and flexible contracts including part-time possibilities.

You will provide Dutch-speaking support via phone, email, or chat, plus onboarding and training to grow into multiskill roles with language bonuses.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (native or C1/C2) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to troubleshoot queries.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while troubleshooting queries and offering reliable solutions.
• Complete full-time onboarding and training to succeed in the role.
