Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a Dutch and English-speaking Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role in Portugal. You will handle calls and written inquiries, assist with account funding and payments, and resolve collection-related questions.

Required are fluent Dutch and English, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and comfort with new software. Experience in customer service or financial services is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Support customers via voice and written channels.
• Assist with account funding and payment inquiries.
• Negotiate payment arrangements when needed.
• Investigate and resolve collection questions.
• Explain account history, product details, and policies.
• Advise customers on funding transactions.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers.
• Provide insolvency-related support.
• Secure payment commitments and callbacks.
• Transfer customers to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Update internal systems with interaction notes.
