Job summary

CB Talents is seeking a Dutch Operations Customer Expert for a 100% remote role with a major European e-commerce brand. You will handle Dutch customer inquiries and ensure smooth operations from home. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules with rotating shifts between 07:00–23:00.

Training is fully paid, with a six-day onboarding process, and relocation assistance available through optional apartment benefits. Health insurance is included from day one.
