Bol.com is seeking a Dutch Operations Customer Expert to join our team on a 100% remote basis, offering flexible hours and a chance to work with one of Europe’s leading e-commerce platforms. You will assist shoppers and external sellers, delivering top-tier service via phone and email, and contribute to a smooth shopping experience from anywhere in Portugal.

The role supports both part-time and full-time options with rotational shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, and includes competitive monthly
