WorkNomads is seeking a Dutch/Flemish Customer Service Specialist to support an international client in the waste management sector. This remote role requires handling Dutch-speaking customers with English support, communicating via phone and email, and recording all interactions in our systems.

You will join a dynamic team delivering a high-volume, customer-centric service from a European base. Experience with Salesforce and ticketing tools is beneficial, and a stable EU internet connection is

Qualificações

• Dutch and English fluency in writing and speaking is essential.
• Proven experience in a high-volume customer service or contact centre environment is essential.
• Experience with ticketing systems and Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience handling a large number of inbound calls in fast-paced service environments.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling a high volume of inbound enquiries via phone and e-mail.
• Manage an intensive workload of 50-60 inbound calls per day, e-mails, Salesforce cases with professionalism and empathy.
• Support customers with enquiries relating to waste collection services, schedules, billing, and requests.
• De-escalate challenging situations and manage conversations with frustrated customers to a positive outcome.
• Be the voice of the brand with a professional, empathetic customer experience.
• Accurately document interactions and complete administrative tasks in internal systems.
