Job summary

Atlean World in Portugal is seeking a Customer Advisor for Bol.com, a fully remote position designed to connect a global brand with multilingual markets.

You will listen to customers, handle orders, payments and returns, assist external sellers, and explain digital products. The role emphasizes flexibility, strong communication, and teamwork in a dynamic multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Native level written and verbal Dutch communication skills.
• Residence in Portugal is required.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers’ questions and provide answers and solutions;
• Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
• Point of contact for external sellers;
• Provide information about digital products;
• Escalation and rerouting of issues to other departments.
