bol.com is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to work remotely from Portugal. Join a leading e-commerce platform serving the Netherlands and Belgium, with full-time hours and rotating shifts. Training is provided and private health insurance starts at hire.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Portugal, including flight support and help with local paperwork. EU residents or those with valid Portugal work authorization are welcome.

Join the customer support team for bol.com, one of the best-known e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands and Belgium, while working fully remotely from anywhere in Portugal.

Candidates currently outside Portugal are also welcome — relocation support is available.

Job Highlights

• 100% remote within Portugal
• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts
• Paid training

Compensation

• Without company accommodation: €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including: €1,055 base salary, Holiday & Christmas allowances, €154 meal allowance, €50 productivity bonus
• With company accommodation: €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit
