bol.com, the well-known Dutch e-commerce platform, is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support agent to work fully remotely from Portugal. This permanent role offers 40 hours weekly, rotating shifts, and paid training.

You will help Dutch and Belgian customers, join a friendly team, and benefit from private health insurance and relocation support if needed. Candidates outside Portugal can relocate and move with ease. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and eligible to work in Portugal.

Candidates currently outside Portugal are also welcome — relocation support is available.

Job Highlights

• 100% remote within Portugal
• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts

Compensation

• Without company accommodation: €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including: €1,055 base salary, Holiday & Christmas allowances, €154 meal allowance, €50 productivity bonus
• With company accommodation: €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
• Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal
