bol.com is hiring for a Dutch-speaking customer support role, fully remote from Portugal. You will join a team delivering service to customers across the Netherlands and Belgium, on a full-time basis with rotating shifts and a training program.

Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to Portugal, including flight support and help with local paperwork, with salary paid monthly in euros and private health insurance from the start.

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level Dutch.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role.
• Available for full-time work and rotating shifts.
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.

Job Highlights

• 100% remote within Portugal

Compensation

• Without company accommodation: €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including: €1,055 base salary, Holiday & Christmas allowances, €154 meal allowance, €50 productivity bonus
• With company accommodation: €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit
