bol.com is hiring for a fully remote customer support role based in Portugal. The position is 100% remote within Portugal, full-time (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts and paid training.

Start date includes private health insurance from the start and relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal, including flight assistance and paperwork help. Compensation options include €1,434.82 gross monthly without company accommodation (base €1,055, plus allowances and bonuses) or €1,109.32 gross

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level Dutch.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role.
• Available for full-time work and rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

Compensation

• Without company accommodation: €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including: €1,055 base salary, Holiday & Christmas allowances, €154 meal allowance, €50 productivity bonus
• With company accommodation: €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
• Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal
