bol.com is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to work fully remotely from Portugal. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week with rotating shifts and paid training.

You will receive private health insurance from day one, and relocation support for applicants moving to Portugal, including flight assistance and help with local paperwork. EU citizens or valid Portugal residence/work authorization holders are welcome to apply.

Job Highlights

• 100% remote within Portugal

Compensation

• Without company accommodation: €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including: €1,055 base salary, Holiday & Christmas allowances, €154 meal allowance, €50 productivity bonus
• With company accommodation: €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
• Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal
