Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support global clients as a Czech Speaker. This fully remote position offers the chance to join an international, multicultural team while working from Portugal.

You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot issues; provide outstanding service, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery. English at B2 level is required, and fluent Czech is essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent or C2 level in Czech.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Already based in Portugal.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
