We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Braga. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Your ability to deliver empathetic support and effective solutions will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media.

Ensure accurate and timely updates in internal systems.

Provide courteous, empathetic, and professional support in every interaction.

Resolve issues efficiently to support long-term customer engagement.

Requirements

Native/fluent Czech (C2), both verbal and written.
