Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for Danish speakers. The role is fully remote with international clients; you will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat and thrive in a multicultural environment.

Fluency in Danish and English (B2+), based in Portugal, are required. You will troubleshoot issues, deliver an outstanding customer experience and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Qualificações

• Fluent or C2 level in Danish.
• English at B2 level or higher.
