Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide Czech language support for a major automotive digital services brand in a fully remote role based in Portugal. Your responsibilities include managing customer queries through calls, emails, and chats while ensuring high service standards.

The ideal candidate will have native or near-native Czech language proficiency, strong communication skills in English, and experience in customer service. Enjoy the flexibility of working Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Qualificações

• Czech language proficiency at native or near-native level.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
