Job summary

Pet Media Group is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own key parts of the customer lifecycle across email, push, in-app and SMS. You will design journeys, run experiments and automate workflows to improve engagement across our marketplace platforms in Europe.

You will work with the Head of CLM on strategy, data, automation and execution, using AI daily for research, copy, localization and testing, and you will help scale our Group's CRM across multiple markets.

Qualifications

4+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing with measurable campaign results.
Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar platforms for segmentation and journeys.
Proven ability to design and run tests, measure results, and iterate.
Daily use of AI tools for research, copy, localization, and automation.
Excellent written English suitable for customer communications.
Ability to manage CRM initiatives as a solo owner when needed.

Responsibilities

Own the customer lifecycle across multi-channel journeys (email, push, in-app, SMS).
Turn behavioural data into personalised experiences and automated workflows.
Design and run experiments to optimise engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and marketing to scale CLM.
Build reusable journeys for new markets as the group grows.
