Cloudbeds in Portugal is hiring an Associate Billing Specialist to support billing and subscription inquiries for our global customer base. You will handle tickets by email or phone, conduct exit interviews for cancellations, and work with other teams to resolve subscription issues, ensuring accurate records and a seamless customer experience.

The role requires detail orientation, strong communication, and the ability to analyze billing trends.

Responsabilidades

• Handle billing-related tickets via email or phone.

• Contribute to knowledge base and billing articles.
• Participate in end-of-month processes and reporting.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
