UPS is seeking a telephone agent for a fully remote seasonal role in Portugal. You will be the main contact for current and potential customers, handling calls, providing accurate information, resolving incidents, promoting UPS products, and attracting new customers.

Strong communication in English and Portuguese is essential, with additional languages valued. Work regime is 100% telework, with a schedule from 11:00 am to 19:00 pm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answering customer phone calls.
• Provide customers with accurate and complete information.
• Understand and professionally resolve incidents per guidelines, and offer new UPS products and attract new customers.
