UPS is seeking a dedicated telephone agent to be the new point of contact for our customers. You will manage calls, provide accurate information, resolve incidents in line with guidelines, and promote UPS products while attracting new customers.

The role emphasizes clear communication, multilingual ability, and adherence to security practices. 100% telework is offered, with schedule from 11:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Essential knowledge of English and Portuguese.
• Knowledge of other languages is valued.
• Be good at communicating and doing business; We do not require experience but it is desirable.
• Education level: 12th grade
• Availability to work from 11.00am to 19.00pm

Responsabilités

• Answering customer phone calls.
• Provide customers with accurate and complete information.
• Understand, establish and professionally resolve any incident presented, adapting to the guidelines provided and will offer new UPS products, whenever requested, as well as attract new customers.
• Explain actions and commitments.
• Follow security guidelines to protect our customers' data.
