Real Recruitment Solutions is hiring Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representatives in Porto to support a major international online travel agency. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and online chats, resolve routine requests, and provide accurate, friendly information to customers.

The role requires European or Brazilian Portuguese and good English (B2) and offers rotational shifts from 08:00 to 03:00, including weekends, with some remote evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Portuguese – European or Brazilian Portuguese
• Good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience in travel industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support via inbound and outbound calls and online channels.
• Handling routine customer service requests and resolving issues related to products and services.
• Providing accurate information and professional assistance to customers.
