Qualificações

• Proven backend software engineering experience with end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Strong ability to design high-quality, scalable APIs.
• Excellent written communication in an asynchronous environment.
• Ability to work independently and know when to seek input.
• Interest in the full product development lifecycle from research to monitoring.
• Experience in remote, globally distributed startup contexts is advantageous.
• Fluency in written English is required; spoken English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable APIs for new products and services.
• Handle backend initiatives from research through deployment and evaluation.
• Document engineering requirements clearly for development tasks.
• Build automated tests to ensure quality and reliability.
• Implement analytics and monitoring for features post-launch.
• Contribute to high-scale backend systems including APIs and webhooks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with engineers and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Investigate challenges and communicate designs and trade-offs clearly.

• Monitor solutions and drive continuous improvement after release.
