Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with senior/staff level.
• Experience building and operating developer platforms and tooling.
• Experience delivering infrastructure or tooling that improves developer velocity and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture, development, deployment, and long-term evolution of developer platform and AI tooling capabilities.
• Lead multi-quarter technical projects with clear milestones and measurable improvements.
• Build and operate systems covering developer productivity, CI/CD, observability, and engineering metrics.
• Lead adoption of AI-powered developer tools across engineering teams.
• Define technical direction and scalable solutions for your area.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, coding guidance, and best practices.
• Ensure reliable integrations with third-party APIs and SaaS products.
