Körber is seeking a Service Sales Specialist to develop, price, present and negotiate service solutions across the customer lifecycle in a hybrid model in Portugal. You will bridge customers with service operations, engineering and commercial teams to deliver competitive and sustainable proposals.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial services or B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP/CRM tools.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years in industrial services or a B2B environment.
• Experience costing and negotiating complex service proposals.
• Understanding of maintenance concepts and asset lifecycle.
• Ability to translate technical info into proposals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Develop complex service proposals including maintenance, parts, modernization.
• Analyze operations and needs to identify solutions.
• Translate requirements into clear commercial offers with defined scope.
• Build pricing models with service delivery, purchasing and legal.
• Assess risks and define mitigation measures.
• Review RFQ and tenders with deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributions for timely submissions.
• Maintain proposal documentation and correspondence.
• Support renegotiation of existing service agreements.
• Advise customers on service strategy and asset lifecycle.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor market trends and pricing approaches.
• Use outcomes to improve future offers.
