Sword is seeking an Enablement Operations & Analytics Manager to connect enablement strategy with technology, data, and scalable infrastructure. You will own data proving enablement impact, dashboards demonstrating performance, and automation to scale a lean team.

This builder role turns ambiguous problems into measurable frameworks and repeatable solutions, collaborating with data engineering, revenue operations, and product/AI teams to drive strategic enablement across global commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales operations, analytics, enablement, or a related ops/analytics role.
• Strong analytical skillset: capable of building measurement frameworks, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Builder mentality: turn ad hoc processes into repeatable, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and own how we measure enablement effectiveness with dashboards and reports.
• Own build-out and adoption of AI and automation tools across Commercial.
• Define operational requirements for new programs and create repeatable playbooks.
• Collaborate daily with data engineering, revenue operations, and product/AI teams to drive enablement priorities.
