Job summary

WTW, Ltd. in Lisbon is seeking an Enterprise AI Enablement Lead to drive AI adoption across the organization.

This role leads AI-focused communities, delivers executive overviews, trainings, and practical guidance on productivity tools like Copilot, and serves as a central resource for AI inquiries. You will design workshops, tailor content from small teams to enterprise-wide forums, create playbooks and resources, and foster a collaborative AI culture that accelerates responsible use of AI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
Deep experience with AI platforms and low-code/no-code tools (Copilot, Power Platform).
Strong leadership, facilitation and community-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
Experience delivering training and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and establish AI communities of practice.
Deliver overviews, updates, and trainings across business and functional areas.
Develop and deliver presentations and hands-on workshops for groups from small teams to large forums.
Create playbooks and educational resources to empower staff with AI tools.
Gather feedback, monitor trends, and collaborate with technology teams to improve AI tools.
