Job summary

n8n GmbH, the open workflow orchestration platform, is seeking an Enablement Lead to turn internal AI and automation capabilities into tools every function can confidently use.

You’ll run weekly workshops for non-technical teams, lead live build-alongs, and design programs that help teams identify automation opportunities and share reusable solutions across the company.

This remote-first role offers autonomy, visibility to leadership, and a path to shape how AI fluency scales across n8n.

Qualifications

• Has built real automations in n8n and can build live with teams.
• Experience running enablement programs such as workshops, office hours, or build-alongs.
• Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly, role-specific workshops for non-technical functions.
• Lead hands-on sessions where you build live alongside teams to convert workflows into automations.
• Run Build Along Office Hours and Bounty Hunts to foster learning and experimentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and advise on reuse vs. build vs. involve the Automation team.
