Job summary

Genesis Digital Solutions is seeking an AI Enablement & Use Case Specialist to drive AI adoption across the organization. You will bridge business, IT, and compliance to deliver measurable value while meeting governance and security standards.

Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing AI use cases, translating needs into requirements, and supporting pilots and enablement activities across cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, AI enablement, or product management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and AI application lifecycle.
• Fluency in English and excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for AI solutions and agents.
• Support rollout of AI pilots, proofs of concept, onboarding, and enablement activities.
• Guide users in creating and configuring AI agents for various roles.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with governance, security, and data protection standards.
