You’ll own day-to-day engineering execution, run 1:1s, write debt plans, and help senior engineers grow, while leadership focuses on strategy, customers, and fundraising.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a team of engineers in a product-delivery capacity.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
• Genuine AI/LLM fluency and understanding of agentic systems.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day engineering execution for Channels and Analytics.
• Write technical debt plans and unblock engineers.
• Run 1:1s, deliver hard feedback, and support senior engineers' growth.
