CloserHire is seeking a French-speaking Travel Advisor to join our Lisbon team. You will handle chat, email and phone inquiries for travel bookings and adjustments, delivering smooth, personalized service in a fast-paced BPO environment.

The role offers a structured onboarding, on-site work in Lisbon city center, a multilingual compensation package with 14 salaries, performance bonuses, language bonus and meal allowance, and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualificações

• French speaker with B2 English skills.
• Ability to work on site in Lisbon city center.
• Experience in data analysis within a BPO or contact centre is strongly preferred.
• Excel and reporting/data visualization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone; assist with bookings, reservations, and adjustments; resolve inquiries quickly and accurately.
• Keep detailed case records and maintain clear communication; follow internal procedures and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement with data analysis and performance insights; prepare ad hoc reports for internal and client use.
