You will handle customer queries, delivering first contact resolutions and providing tailored support in French and English for a diverse client base. Relocation is supported; wages range from 920€ to 1,276€ per month, with paid professional training and private healthcare after six months.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent level of French (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1) in speaking and writing.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone and writing abilities.
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
