Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Portuguese-speaking customer support professionals to join a high-end tech brand in Greece. You’ll help customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and order tracking, delivering friendly, solution-focused service.

You’ll relocate with paid flights and two weeks of accommodation, train for 11 days, and later work remotely from anywhere in Greece as you dive into a lab of premium devices.

Qualifications

• Native-level Portuguese (C1+)
• Good English for training and team chats
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
• Tech-minded, gadget-loving, able to navigate multiple software tabs

Responsibilities

• Be the Brand Oracle: assist Portuguese-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat.
• Troubleshoot product queries, manage order tracking, and resolve after-sales questions.
• Deliver friendly, solution-focused support to create positive customer experiences.
• Navigate a sleek digital ecosystem and update customer records.
