Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic, tech-obsessed Portuguese speakers to join a high-end customer support team in sunny Greece. You will help customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and order inquiries, using Portuguese and English during training.

Relocation is provided: flight to Athens, two weeks of paid accommodation, and onboarding training. After onboarding, you can work remotely from anywhere in Greece while enjoying a vibrant lifestyle.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Portuguese with good English for internal training.
• Some experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality.
• Interest in gadgets and sleek tech, comfortable with multiple software tabs.

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to expert for Portuguese-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat.
• Troubleshoot gadget queries, track orders, and handle after-sales questions.
• Deliver friendly, solution-focused support to create wow moments.
• Navigate support tools and update customer records in a digital system.
