Next Job Abroad is seeking a Portuguese-speaking customer support specialist to join a high-end tech brand in Greece. You’ll help customers with product guidance, orders and after-sales questions, delivering smooth, friendly service.

Fluent Portuguese and good English are required, with prior customer service or hospitality experience. After onboarding, you may work remotely from anywhere in Greece, with a strong focus on getting things right for the customer.

Qualifikationen

• Portuguese as native or fluent (C1+), written and spoken.
• English for internal training and team interactions.
• Some experience in customer service, retail, sales or hospitality.
• Interest in gadgets and modern tech with ability to navigate multiple software tabs.

Aufgaben

• Be the Brand Oracle for Portuguese-speaking customers via calls, emails and chat.
• Troubleshoot gadget queries, track orders, and handle after-sales questions.
• Deliver friendly, solution-focused support to create positive moments.
• Navigate support tools and update customer records accurately.
