Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic, Portuguese-speaking professionals to join a high-end customer support team in Greece. You will become the brand oracle for Portuguese customers, assisting via calls, emails, and chat, while enjoying a sun-soaked relocation and a vibrant lifestyle.

After onboarding, you’ll work remotely from anywhere in Greece, with a hands-on product lab on-site and a structured training program to get you up to speed quickly.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Portuguese language skills (C1+).
• English proficiency for internal training and team communication.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to expert for Portuguese-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat.
• Troubleshoot gadgets, handle order tracking, and resolve after-sales questions.
• Provide friendly, solution-focused support to turn confusion into confidence.
• Navigate multiple software tools and update customer records.
