You will handle inquiries by phone, live chat, or email, ensuring friendly and accurate support for Portuguese-speaking customers across Europe within a multicultural team.

The role offers full relocation to Greece, comprehensive onboarding, and ongoing career progression into QA, team leadership, or operations with major international companies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese (native or advanced) written and spoken.
• Good English knowledge (B2 or higher).
• EU Passport or valid Greece work permit.
• Minimum age 18.
• Digital literacy and comfort with basic software.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece soon.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries about products, order tracking, bookings, or account support.
• Deliver top-class service with clear, empathetic communication.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through features.
• Collaborate with international teammates in a multicultural environment.
• Stay updated on brand features and tools with ongoing training.
