Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to serve Portuguese-speaking customers across Europe. You’ll be the voice of global brands via phone, chat, and email, solving product questions, tracking orders, and assisting account services in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Relocation to Greece is provided, including flights, hotel or apartment on arrival, help with AFM tax number and social security, real estate guidance, and paid onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken) at high level (C1/C2).
• Good English knowledge (B2 or higher) to navigate systems and collaborate internationally.
• Strong communication, active listening, empathy and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece in the coming weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries regarding products, orders, or account support.
• Deliver top-class service by turning tricky situations into positive customer moments with clear, empathetic communication.
• Troubleshoot and guide users through basic technical issues or account features step-by-step.
• Collaborate with international colleagues in a multicultural environment.
• Engage in continuous learning with up-to-date brand features and tools.
