Oliver Wyman in Lisbon is seeking a Regional Lead – Revenue Operations & Project Lifecycle to drive the end-to-end project lifecycle across Europe. The role blends governance, process design and technology enablement in a hybrid setup based in Lisbon, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week.

You will lead the Europe Project Setup team, oversee revenue operations controls, and partner with FP&A, Controllership and Tech to simplify processes and elevate performance through AI,

Qualificações

• Senior project lifecycle management or revenue operations leadership in a professional services environment.
• Deep understanding of WIP, billing and revenue recognition practices.
• Strong commercial judgement with ability to influence senior stakeholders and Partners.
• Experience leading operational improvement/transformation initiatives across international teams.
• Experience implementing AI/workflow automation within finance or operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Europe Project Setup team, delivering high‑quality setup across the region.
• Own the regional Revenue Operations control framework including forecasting, invoicing and cash collection.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex lifecycle matters and Partner enquiries.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Controllership, Talent Management and Technology to govern revenue.
• Redesign Europe's project lifecycle operating model and champion AI/automation/ERP capabilities.
• Own the regional roadmap for project lifecycle systems with Technology and Global Finance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable governance and forecasting insights.
