Oliver Wyman in Lisbon seeks a Regional Head of Revenue Operations to lead the end-to-end project lifecycle across Europe, ensuring governance and operational excellence. You will oversee the Europe Project Setup team, manage revenue operations including forecasting, invoicing and cash collection, and collaborate with FP&A, Controllership and Technology to implement AI, automation and ERP solutions.

The role is hybrid with a three-day in-office requirement, offering opportunities to influence

Qualificações

• Senior leadership in project lifecycle, revenue control, or finance operations.
• Deep understanding of work in progress, billing and revenue recognition.
• Strong commercial judgement with ability to interpret complex contracts and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading operational improvement or transformation across international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Europe Project Setup team delivering high-quality setup across the region.
• Own regional Revenue Operations framework for project setup, forecasting, invoicing and cash collection.
• Act as escalation point for complex lifecycle matters and Partner enquiries.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Controllership, Talent Management and Technology to govern revenue and commercial arrangements.
• Redesign Europe’s project lifecycle model and champion AI, automation and ERP capabilities.
• Own roadmap for project lifecycle systems with Tech and Global Finance.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and provide actionable governance insights.
