Adecco Human Resources is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner (Temporary Resource) to manage end-to-end recruitment for a large-scale international project in Lisbon. You will drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection with a focus on a superior candidate and hiring-manager experience.

The role requires 2-5 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing capabilities, and travel to the Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Well developed sourcing approaches using professional networks, social media, job boards and other channels.
• Experience/knowledge of corporate recruitment in Engineering, IT, Finance and related areas.
• Experience in managing high volume recruitment with established deadlines.
• Customer focused who can deliver a world-class service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience.
• Continuous improvement mindset and data driven.
• Availability to travel to the Lisbon office on a regular basis.
• Fluency in English is a must, other European language(s) is considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse, understand and challenge the managers' needs, and convert them into appealing Job postings.
• Assess candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide constructive feedback to them.
• Delivering the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, interviewing and final candidate selection.
• Design of and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business needs generate a talent pipeline.
• Developing multi-hire sourcing strategies.
• Working in partnership with the hiring managers and HR community to understand and drive resource planning, and to define appropriate timescales for recruitment campaigns.
• Attending career events and other Employer Branding events.

Your Mission

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
