Job summary

SThree seeks a Talent Advisor for its Lisbon technology hub on a freelance basis. The role involves leading IT recruitment projects, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering market insights to support strategic hiring in Lisbon offices with partial home-office availability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing and vendor coordination, and comfort working in an international environment. Start ASAP; 12-month contract with extension possible.

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for technology recruitment and strategic workforce planning? Join a global healthcare organisation that is investing heavily in the growth of its technology hub in Lisbon and play a key role in shaping its talent landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and support recruitment projects focused on Technology and IT positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and candidate availability insights to support business growth.
• Conduct talent market research and build talent pool analyses for strategic hiring initiatives.
• Deliver candidate assessment insights and market data to support hiring decisions.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor for critical and high-impact recruitment projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including recruitment providers and vendors.
• Support the continued expansion of an international business location in Lisbon.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT and Technology recruitment.
• Proven experience advising stakeholders and managing recruitment projects independently.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing sourcing strategies and talent attraction initiatives.
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels, talent markets, and candidate engagement best practices.
• Experience supporting site growth, business expansion, or large-scale hiring initiatives is highly desirable.
• Background in stakeholder management, RPO management, and vendor coordination.
• Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English

Start: ASAP in full time or at least 80%

Location: Lisbon offices (partial home office possible)

Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)
