Concentrix in Lisbon is seeking a Recruiter (Dutch Speaker) to lead talent acquisition for fast-growing projects. You will source, interview, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations, and client managers to align hiring strategies, manage the ATS, and monitor key recruitment metrics. The role offers a base salary with performance bonus, full relocation for international candidates, private health insurance, and ongoing leadership development.

Qualificações

• Native-level Dutch or C1/C2 Dutch with business English.
• 1+ year experience in recruitment (BPO or fast-paced environments preferred).
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills, target-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Source & Screen: Identify, interview, and evaluate Dutch candidates for key operations.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain candidate records within our ATS and hiring metrics.
• Candidate Experience: Guide applicants through the recruitment funnel from contact to offer.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Operations, and client managers to align hiring strategies.
• Employer Branding: Represent the brand, promoting diversity and inclusion in every hire.
