Talentii in Lisbon/Porto, Portugal, is hiring a full-time recruiter to attract candidates via multiple channels, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires. The role collaborates with various departments to validate information and continually build a candidate pool.

Remuneration includes base salary plus bonus, with relocation support and healthcare. A dynamic, fast-paced environment with diverse B2C and B2B projects awaits the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Dutch language proficiency at C1 level in written and spoken form.
• English fluency at B2 level.
• University degree, preferably HR or similar.
• Proven work experience in recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes including interviews and assessments.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Knowledge of referral programs.
• Positive, can-do attitude with community-building mindset.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

REQUIREMENTS

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• English fluency (B2 level)
• University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar
• Proven work experience in the field
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of referral programs
• A positive and 'can do attitude overlooking a community-building approach
