Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Dutch-speaking Recruiter to attract, screen, and onboard top talent for a leading medical equipment client. The role is on-site with responsibilities spanning full-cycle recruitment, collaboration with hiring managers, and maintaining ATS records.

You’ll benefit from training, tools, and internal development opportunities, with a 9AM–6PM schedule and relocation assistance for moves to Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) at C1–C2 level with strong English.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate/BPO setting.
• Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline management.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience hiring for technical or healthcare-related roles is a plus.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process — from job posting and sourcing to interviews and onboarding
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and project leads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Screen and interview candidates efficiently, ensuring a strong match between skills, culture fit, and project demands
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Provide timely updates and excellent communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination in partnership with HR and Operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, diversity & inclusion principles, and local labour laws
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement in the hiring process

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent in Dutch (written and spoken, C1–C2 level) with a high level of English
• Bring 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast‑paced corporate as a BPO environment
• Have a solid understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline management
• Are confident using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Thrive in a dynamic, results‑oriented environment and enjoy building strong professional relationships
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience hiring for technical or healthcare‑related roles is a plus
